NELC Xplore brings significant experience assisting schools and colleges in developing quality teaching standards, curriculum management and guidance through the international accreditation process.
The NELC Xplore approach begins with an analysis and benchmarking of current policies and procedures against international best practices. NELC Xplore assessors then work with the client to develop new or improve existing policies and quality procedures. Upon implementation, we provide guidance and training to teachers and administrators, for instance developing a teacher observation program. NELC Xplore consultants also provide support to schools and colleges in acquiring international accreditation.
Again a full analysis will be completed and together with senior managers a framework will be developed and implemented to suit the relevant awarding body requirements. Previous awarding bodies that we have worked with before include BTEC and City & Guilds.Teacher workshops will be facilitated to support teachers in the awarding body requirements and guidance will be given regarding required marking and assessing requirements. Our consultant will also be on hand during the awarding bodies inspection and accreditation visits.
