Contracts Management and Recruitment

DSC_0313NELC Xplore provides teacher recruitment and management services. Using extensive networks across every Western, native English speaking country, NELC Xplore sources qualified, native, English, Mathematics  and Science teachers for placement in schools in Myanmar, and across Asia.

NELC Xplore also has extensive experience managing teacher contracts, and provides replacement teachers on short notice if a teacher leaves the school (classroom continuity). The graphic below outlines NELC Xplore’s service framework. NELC Xplore recruits more than 400 native English speakers to teach English and other subjects in Asia each year.

NELC Xplore vets all prospective teachers, including conducting a full background check. NELC Xplore can provide teachers with multiple levels of experience, from certified teachers with years of teaching experience to college graduates with internationally accredited Teaching English as a Second Language (TESOL) certification.

Cycle Of Recruitment and management

NELC Xplore recruits candidates who want to come to Asia to learn about another culture and contribute to a country’s development. This allows us to provide teachers who are highly qualified, keenly interested in the culture of their host country, and not driven by salary alone. This translates into good value for our school partners. Every teacher provided to the Myanmar market is met at the airport, provided a comprehensive one week Myanmar cultural foundation course, and delivered to the educational institution to begin teaching.

Key Benefits:
